Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Visibility AI handles account information, customer access records, generated content, website scan data, AI processing, support communications, payment-related records, and operational logs.
Self-Hosted Customer Data
When a customer installs Visibility AI on their own website, operational files are stored locally in that installation. This may include articles, drafts, FAQs, categories, settings, logs, website scan results, business profile data, detected pages, sitemap records, RSS records, internal links, schema signals, image references, publishing schedules, generated content, and admin configuration.
Those local installation records are controlled by the customer and their hosting provider. Visibility AI Support does not automatically receive a copy of local generated content, website files, admin passwords, customer website logs, or business settings from customer installations.
Account And Access Data
The sales and access system may store customer name, email address, password hash, verification status, redeem code status, access type, download status, last download time, reset token hashes, refund status, and related account records. Passwords are stored as hashes and should never be stored as plain text.
Redeem Codes And Purchase Records
Redeem code records may include code value, status, assigned email, activation time, disabled time, refund status, and access notes. Payment processors may provide transaction identifiers, payer email, payment status, refund status, and related purchase metadata needed to grant or revoke access.
AI Processing
AI generation requests are routed through an owner-managed Visibility AI gateway and processed through Groq as the AI provider. Customers do not provide their own Groq API keys. Customer installations receive unique gateway credentials that can be revoked if an account is refunded, disabled, or abused.
The gateway is designed not to persist prompts or generated article content. Minimal operational logs may record installation ID, request ID, operation type, time, status, and error information needed for security, abuse prevention, rate limits, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
Information Sent For AI Generation
AI requests may include business name, website URL, industry, target audience, products or services, approved topics, website scan context, internal link context, public authority references, customer questions, and prompt instructions needed to generate AI-ready content. Customers should not enter sensitive personal information, private medical information, financial account data, government identifiers, confidential client records, or regulated data into prompts unless they are legally allowed to do so.
Email Communications
Visibility AI may send account confirmation, login, password reset, purchase, redeem code, refund, support, and administrative notification emails. Email delivery may involve SMTP providers, hosting email systems, or other mail infrastructure configured for the product.
Support Communications
If you contact support, the information you provide may be used to troubleshoot access, downloads, installation, billing, refund status, website compatibility, account verification, or product behavior. Do not send passwords, private keys, API keys, or sensitive customer records unless specifically instructed through a secure method.
Cookies And Sessions
Visibility AI uses session cookies and security tokens to manage login, dashboard access, CSRF protection, rate limits, password resets, redeem flow, and account confirmation. Disabling cookies may prevent login or account functions from working correctly.
Data Security
Visibility AI uses reasonable technical measures such as password hashing, protected configuration folders, access controls, token hashing, session protections, and restricted file storage. No system can guarantee perfect security. Customers are responsible for hosting security, backups, strong passwords, file permissions, malware prevention, and limiting admin access.
Data Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the product, including hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, security systems, analytics or logging systems if configured, and Groq for AI generation. Visibility AI does not sell customer personal information as a data broker.
Refunds, Revocation, And Abuse Prevention
If a refund, chargeback, fraud report, abuse report, or access violation occurs, account records may be used to disable dashboard access, downloads, redeem codes, and managed AI gateway credentials.
Retention
Account, access, support, refund, and security records may be retained as long as needed for product operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, security, and business records. Customer-controlled self-hosted installation data remains under the control of the customer and their hosting provider.
Customer Choices
Customers may request access help, correction of account details, removal from non-essential communications, or account support by contacting Visibility AI Support. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, accounting, refund, or dispute purposes.
Children
Visibility AI is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Customers should not use the product to knowingly collect information from children in violation of applicable law.
